So Frosh Rowland ladies basketball team lost today against Upland aka the pack of gorillas..

Advice for the team;
Learn to have fun, don't have the feel to be nervous or extremely serious. The main key to the game is to love it. you go out there and have fun with what you love to do. Stay focused, "gotta getcha getcha head in the game" - troy bolton. just keep high school musical in your mind while you're dribbling down the courts. once you get the ball, shoot that shit up there, aim of course. drive in, be the bigger.. girl. haha,..

I wish I was pointguard. I'm not used to being a guard, honestly.

I complain too much, i'm never satisfied. But seriously, and honestly; I think our coach needs some help..
